Our Journey
My name is Keith Heissler and I am the founder of Let It Be, I was in the retail-cosmetics industry for 15 years, but I longed for something more. Growing up, my mother and I used to host and design events as a hobby. We were the go-to people for our friends and family when it came to event planning. Together, we created memorable events; our mindset was it was more than an event, it was an experience.
Unfortunately, my mother lost a three-year battle to breast cancer in 2020. I named my business after The Beatles song "Let It Be," which is a song Paul McCartney wrote about his mother Mary (this also happens to be my mother's name). In the song, McCartney sings about his mother coming to him in his dreams and speaking words of wisdom. When I was creating my business, I knew that I would continue to look to her for advice when designing events and that she would continue to guide me, even though she is no longer physically with me. I am excited to start this new journey in her honor, creating experiences that you and your guests will always remember.
